Barre Fitness is a fast-paced class that combines principals of pilates, as well as dance conditioning exercises at the ballet barre or on the floor using controlled isolated movements with lights weights (2-4lbs) and high repetitions. This class gives ultimate body toning with special attention to Abs, Buns and Thighs! This fun and energetic class is a fusion of everything we love already and guaranteed to give you great results!
